The evaluation of the quality of the urban project implies a deep knowledge of the context in which action is taken, the needs of the beneficiaries and the impact that the project results can produce in the short and long term. To collect and process all these instances requires a multidisciplinary approach that Public Administrations and Protection Institutions can develop with the support of Cultural Scientists, to be understood as a group of experts capable of combining and coordinating different skills.
